A Nigerian firm, Penvista Limited, and Dominica’s Secret Bay are collaborating to offer Nigerians citizenship by investment.
The move would offer qualifying investment for Plan B Citizenship and a second passport in Dominica, the firms said.
Speaking at an event in Abuja, the organisers said Nigerians could apply for various investment diversification options which are the donation route starting at $100,000 and the real estate route with Secret Bay starting at $208,000.
The Regional Business Director of Secret Bay, Youssef Eldessouky said: “Secret Bay is an award-winning luxury Island resort in Dominica, offering both hotel services and permanent homes for individuals.”
According to him, the destination is one of the world’s acclaimed eco-luxury resorts, offering a rare opportunity to own a home with rental income as well as become citizens of Dominica.
He emphasized that interested Nigerians are welcome to take advantage of the Caribbean’s Citizenship by Investment programme to diversify their wealth and obtain second passports, which are required for ease of doing business across different jurisdictions and also enjoy a tax-friendly economy.
Also speaking at the event, Managing Director of Penvista, Joy Afegbua said: “Countries in the Caribbean like Dominica, Grenada, St Kitts & Nevis, etc. continue to be one of the best options for Nigerians looking to invest and migrate globally because it allows them to obtain second passports without mandatory residency requirements and create new avenues for wealth diversification to live a life of greater financial security.
Afegbua noted that citizens of Dominica enjoy visa-free travel to approximately 149 countries and citizenship could also be transferred through future generations which is the best legacy for your family.
