Athletico-PR will take a break from tournament play for a Brazilian Serie A match on Sunday against Sao Paulo FC on Paramount+. The home team hasn’t played a league game since a disappointing 2-0 loss to Botafogo and is coming off of a scoreless draw against Flamengo in the Copa do Brasil. Sao Paulo doesn’t get into heavy tournament play until August and has continued its trend of leading Brasileirao Serie A in draws.
